Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Shavedays. We are committed to delivering your grooming essentials quickly and safely. Below are the details of our shipping operations.

1. Delivery Areas & Carriers

We currently ship to all residential and business addresses across Hong Kong SAR, including the Outlying Islands. Our primary delivery partners include:

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following general structure:

​​Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays or extreme weather (e.g., Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point within the carrier's timeframe, a re-shipping fee may apply.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Your system razor is a precision tool. If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us at [Your Email/Phone] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging.

6. Returns & Hygiene Note

Due to the personal nature of shaving products, we can only accept returns for razors and blade cartridges that are unopened and in their original heat-sealed packaging, in accordance with Hong Kong hygiene standards and the Sale of Goods Ordinance.
