Secure Storage Notice: For our automated recurring Subscriptions, your payment details are securely processed and tokenized by our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe). Shavedays does not directly store your full credit card numbers or CVV on our servers; encrypted tokens are securely retained by our processors to facilitate authorized automated recurring billing cycles corresponding to your selected Restock Box frequency.

5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS & HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST
Under the Hong Kong PDPO, you possess specific statutory rights regarding the control of your Personal Data:

If we require additional time due to extreme complexity, we will notify you within that same window.

No Account Required: You are not required to maintain an active account with us to submit a privacy request.

Non-Discrimination: We deeply value your privacy and will never discriminate against you, restrict your account, or alter your product pricing in response to you exercising your legal privacy rights.
Agent Requests
You may authorize a legal representative or authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. Authorized agents must demonstrate that they possess explicit written permission from you or hold a valid power of attorney. Shavedays retains the right to contact you directly to confirm the agent's authorization. Agents are strictly prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than fulfilling your direct request.
6. USER CHOICES & COOKIE PREFERENCES

7. RAZOR REWARDS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Shavedays operates an optional customer loyalty tier named "Razor Rewards", where members earn tracking points for commercial purchases or engagement actions.

Member Perks: Enrolled accounts receive specific benefits, including but not limited to: shipping discounts, early access to new product drops, invitations to regional brand events, product pre-launch testing, and priority customer service queuing.

Data Collected: To administer this loyalty tier, we collect your name, email address, transaction history, birthday month, and point balances. This data is processed to deliver tailored rewards notifications and optimize program parameters.

Voluntary Participation: Joining Razor Rewards is completely optional. You may withdraw from the program or request data removal at any time by emailing customerservice@shavedays.com. Please note that if you request the total deletion of your tracking data, we will be unable to calculate your historical points or maintain your access to these membership benefits.
8. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION
Security Guardrails
Shavedays implements industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security protections designed to shield your Personal Data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure. All internet communications on our storefront are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or digital storage is 100% secure, and you provide your data at your own risk.
Information Retention
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to achieve the operational purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy, or as mandated by statutory legal, taxation, and corporate reporting compliance standards in Hong Kong.

Active Subscribers: For individuals with an active Shavedays membership, your data is retained continuously to process your automated recurring shipments.

Cancelled Accounts: If you cancel your Shavedays subscription, we will retain your account data, transaction logs, and history for a reasonable statutory period thereafter to resolve lingering billing disputes, satisfy corporate tax audits, and prevent promotional trial abuse (e.g., tracking historical sign-ups to ensure users do not create multiple dummy accounts to exploit discounted or free trial periods).

Other Sites and Hyperlinks
The Shavedays Services may contain hyperlinks to external websites or applications owned by third parties, including fulfillment partners or co-branded sponsors. Shavedays does not govern, review, or accept responsibility for the privacy practices, tracking cookies, or contents of those external sites. Your interactions on third-party platforms are governed strictly by their respective privacy policies.
International Data Transfers
Shavedays is a business registered in Hong Kong. However, we or our service providers may process, transfer, and store data on secured cloud infrastructure located in various external jurisdictions. By using our services, you acknowledge that your Personal Data may be transferred outside of your home country to cloud servers where data protection and legal access laws may differ. Rest assured, we contractually require all international processing partners to enforce technical security standards equivalent to Hong Kong's PDPO regulations.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Shavedays Services are intended solely for adult consumers and individuals who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. In accordance with our Terms of Service, you must be 18 years of age or older to utilize our platform. We do not knowingly collect, track, or solicit Personal Data from children or individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that an underage individual has provided us with personal information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.
11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Shavedays reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect shifting regulatory environments or enhancements to our subscription service. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will indicate when the policy was most recently changed. For material updates that impact active subscription billing or fundamentally alter how we use your data, we will provide you with at least fourteen (14) days' prior notification via your registered email address or via a prominent pop-up notice on our platform.
