Third Party Services and Technologies. We engage third-party service providers—including Google Analytics (with Google signals), Adobe Marketing Cloud, and Meta (Conversations API, Pixel, and Custom Audiences)—to help us track, segment, and analyze how you use the Shavedays Services. These tools also assist us and our partners in delivering more targeted advertising to you on our Services, on third-party platforms, and elsewhere across the Internet.
To facilitate these activities, we share certain information about you and your interactions with our Services with these third parties. They may use various technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, log files, or Flash cookies to monitor your online activity. These third parties may also combine the data they collect from the Shavedays Services with information obtained from other sources.

Social Media Integration. The Shavedays Services may offer you the option to connect with your Facebook or other social media accounts. Should you elect to do so, we may automatically receive specific Personal Information from the applicable social media platform(s), subject to the privacy settings you have configured on those platforms. Such information may include your name, username, demographic data, updated address or contact information, location, interests, and publicly-available information derived from your social media and other online activities.
We may use information that we receive about you from third-party sources to help us maintain the accuracy of the information we collect, personalize your experience with the Shavedays Services, target our communications so that we can inform you of products and services or other offers that may be of interest to you, measure the performance of advertisements delivered to you, conduct internal business analysis, and fulfill other business or commercial purposes.
Data Aggregation
We may aggregate Personal Information obtained from multiple sources, including information you voluntarily provide, data automatically collected through the Shavedays Services, offline interactions, information gathered across the various devices you use, and data received from third parties. Once combined, such information will be treated as Personal Information and will be used, disclosed, and safeguarded in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to de-identify or aggregate information such that it can no longer be reasonably associated with you and therefore falls outside the scope of "Personal Information." Such de-identified or aggregated data may be used for analytics or for any other purposes aligned with those outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Transfer in Connection with Corporate Transactions. Should another entity acquire us or all or substantially all of our assets—including those pertaining to the Shavedays Services—your Personal Information may be disclosed to such entity during the due diligence process and will be transferred as part of the acquired assets.

Before responding to your requests for access, deletion, correction, or portability of your Personal Information, we may ask for certain information about your interactions with Shavedays to verify your identity. We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days. After proper verification, we will respond to your request within 40 calendar days. If we require additional time, we will notify you accordingly.
To take advantage of your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information or to opt out of targeted advertising, please email us at customerservice@shavedays.com. We will work to comply with your opt-out request within 15 business days.
Submitting a privacy request does not require you to create an account with us. You have the right to appeal a denial of your privacy rights by contacting us as noted in this Policy.
Preference Signals. Where available, you may use certain preference signals to exercise your privacy rights across the businesses you interact with online, including the Shavedays Services.
We value your privacy and will not discriminate in response to your exercise of your privacy rights.
Agent Requests
You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf or must demonstrate they have power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. Shavedays retains the right to request confirmation directly from you confirming that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent’s identity. An authorized agent is prohibited from using a consumer’s Personal Information, or any information collected from or about the consumer, for any purpose other than to fulfill the consumer’s requests, for verification, or for fraud prevention.
Purposes for Collecting Personal Information
As described in more detail in the “Information Use” section above, we collect Personal Information to provide and manage the Services, fulfill our contractual obligations to you, and achieve a variety of legitimate business or commercial purposes
Disclosures of Personal Information
As described in the "Information Disclosure" section above, we disclose Personal Information to carry out the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. We may also disclose certain categories of Personal Information to competent governmental and public authorities, as well as other third parties, when necessary or appropriate. This includes situations where we have a legal or contractual obligation to do so.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
As detailed in the "PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION' section above, we “sell” and “share” (as such terms are defined in the CCPA) certain categories of Personal Information to and with third parties and have “sold” and “shared” certain categories of Personal Information in the past twelve (12) months for analytics and advertising purposes.
We do not “sell” or “share” the Personal Information of individuals we know to be under 18 years of age.

For these self-regulatory options, you will need to opt out separately on all of your browsers and devices, as each opt out will apply only to the specific browser or device from which you opt out. 7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Protecting children's privacy is important to us. The Shavedays Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children in this age group.
If we learn that a child under 18 has provided Personal Information through our Services, we will take reasonable steps to remove that information from our records.
8. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use certain reasonable security measures to help protect your Personal Information. However, because no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, please note that we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. You use the Shavedays Services and provide us with your information at your own risk.
