Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Shavedays. We are committed to delivering your grooming essentials quickly, safely, and reliably. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. DELIVERY AREAS & CARRIERS

We currently ship to all residential and business addresses across the Hong Kong SAR, including Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, the New Territories, and the Outlying Islands.

 

Our Logistics Partners

  • Hong Kong Post: Our primary carrier for standalone subscription products.

  • SF Express: Our primary delivery partner for any order containing one-off purchases or add-on items.

  • SF Lockers & Pickup Points: We fully support delivery to official SF Lockers, SF Stores, and partner pickup locations for orders shipped via SF Express. Please ensure you input the correct SF Locker/Store code and your mobile number accurately at checkout.

2. SHIPPING RATES & SUBSCRIPTION FREQUENCY

Because Shavedays operates on a membership model, shipping rates and carrier selections are determined by the specific items in your cart at checkout:

  • A. Recurring Subscription Shipments Only ("Restock Boxes")

    • Free Shipping: All automated standalone recurring subscription boxes ("Restock Boxes") qualify for Free Standard Shipping across Hong Kong and will be fulfilled via Hong Kong Post.

    • Dispatch Schedule: Following your initial trial period, your regular full-size Restock Boxes will automatically process, bill, and ship at the frequency (e.g., every 1, 2, or 3 months) you selected during registration.

  • B. One-Off Orders ("On-Demand" Purchases)

    • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders containing only one-off purchases or separate add-on items bought outside of a subscription cycle, a flat shipping fee of HK$20 applies, and the order will be shipped via SF Express.

  • C. Mixed Carts (Subscription + One-Off Product)

    • Standard Shipping Fee: If your cart or upcoming delivery includes a combination of BOTH a subscription product and a one-time purchase product, a flat shipping fee of HK$20 will be charged, and the entire order will be shipped via SF Express.

 

3. PROCESSING TIMES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Warehouse Processing

We aim to process, pack, and dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of successful payment authorization. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated Transit Time

  • For Subscriptions (Hong Kong Post): Expected delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch depending on local postal schedules.

  • For One-Off / Mixed Orders (SF Express): Once dispatched from our warehouse, standard delivery via SF Express typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door or designated SF Locker.

⚠️ Inclement Weather & Holiday Notice: Delivery times may be slightly longer during statutory public holidays or periods of extreme weather in Hong Kong (including the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the issuance of a Black Rainstorm Warning), during which courier and postal operations across the territory are temporarily suspended for safety.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a fulfillment confirmation email or SMS. For orders shipped via SF Express, this will include your official SF Express Tracking Number to monitor your parcel's real-time progress. Standalone subscription orders sent via Hong Kong Post standard service may not include detailed step-by-step external tracking.

 

5. UNDELIVERABLE & UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses at checkout, as well as maintaining a valid mobile phone number for courier SMS alerts.

  • SF Locker Collection (Applicable to SF Express shipments only): If you choose delivery to an SF Locker, you must collect your parcel within the carrier's standard storage timeframe (typically 24 to 48 hours from receiving their notification SMS).

  • Return-to-Sender: If a package is returned to Shavedays due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failure to collect it from a pickup point in time, or repeated failed delivery attempts by either Hong Kong Post or SF Express, the order will be held at our facility.

  • Re-Shipping Fee: To have an unclaimed or undeliverable order shipped out a second time, a standard re-shipping administration fee of HK$20 will apply.

6. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Your system razor is a precision tool, and we inspect all products before they leave our facility. If your order happens to arrive damaged, or if items are missing, please protect your purchase by reporting it to us immediately.

  • Reporting Window: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (as logged by the carrier timestamp or delivery notice).

  • How to Report: Email us at customerservice@shavedays.com with your official order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of the damaged items and external shipping packaging.

Upon verification, we will promptly arrange a complimentary replacement shipment.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGE, & HYGIENE NOTE

Due to the strictly personal nature of shaving and grooming hardware, and in accordance with Hong Kong retail hygiene standards and the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26):

  • No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. Shavedays does not accept returns or issue financial refunds for any products once an order has been successfully processed and shipped.

  • Exchange-Only Exception: We can only accommodate a 1-to-1 exchange for an alternative product item if the original item is completely unopened, unused, and remains pristine within its original, heat-sealed or factory-bonded packaging.

  • Strict Hygiene Block: Any products where the security seal or plastic wrapping has been broken, opened, handled, or unsealed are completely ineligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • To request an eligible product exchange for an unopened item, please contact our support team at customerservice@shavedays.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
